Board Members

Steven A.Cinelli is a native San Franciscan. A career banker, he is currently Executive Director of Prestwick Partners, Inc., a boutique corporate finance advisory firm. In 1997. he co-founded OffRoad Capital, an online private placement firm, and served as head of its investment banking division. He began his career with BankAmerica in its Technology Banking Group. A graduate of Santa Clara University, he earned a BSC in Economics and Marketing, and an MBA in International Finance from Golden Gate University. He has been a frequent guest lecturer at domestic and international conferences, speaking on topics of venture capital, corporate finance, global technology markets and the Silicon Valley. Active in the not-for-profit arena, he serves as President of Saints and Sinners and as Chairman of the Charles A. Becker Foundation.

Larry Colvin is a third generation San Franciscan, currently living in Mill Valley with his wife and three children. Since his graduation from University of California at Berkeley, he has been active in the securities business as well as real estate development. Participating in various charitable organizations, he has been a staunch supporter of organizations which help deserving children throughout the Bay Area.

Paul Zeger is President and Chief Operating Officer of Pacific Marketing Associated, Inc. Mr. Zeger relocated to the Bay Area in 1981, where he worked on acquisitions, development, management, marketing and sales of real estate portfolios for the Prudential Insurance Co. and the Investment Group. In 1986, he joined Pacific Union Marketing Company (PUMC), where as President he successfully completed a wide range of residential marketing programs for such clients as Bank of America, Catellus Development, Emerald Fund, PaineWebber, Monahan Pacific, Standard Pacific and Myers Development. In 1997 Paul accomplished an EBO of the company from Pacific Union and renamed it Pacific Marketing Associates, Inc. Paul has an MBA in finance and marketing from the Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia (’81) and a BA from Colgate University (’77) in New York State. He is a licensed real estate Broker and serves on the board of Directors for SPUR, Saints and Sinners Foundation and Camp Towanga.

Mark L. Myers is based in San Francisco and serves as Executive Vice President of Wells Fargo & Co. and is the division head of Real Estate Merchant Banking, a national business unit that sources, structures, underwrites, and manages a portfolio of structured senior commercial mortgages and mezzanine equity financings. Mr. Myers received a BS from the University of California, Berkeley. Mark is involved in numerous civic and philanthropic activities including serving as a Board Member of the Jewish Community Federation, Jewish Home, Menorah Park and Saints & Sinners.

John R. Orofino is the newest member of the Saints and Sinners board, having joined the organization in 2004. John is a native New Yorker, moving to San Francisco in 1979. Married for twenty years, he enjoys his time with his two children. Professionally, John serves as a financial planning specialist with Smith Barney in the City. Active in an array of social endeavors, he is active with The Robert Packard Foundation for ALS and the Mill Valley Little League.

Bonnie St. James is a third generation San Franciscan. A graduate of Lowell High School, Bonnie decided to pursue a legal career and attended Lincoln University Law School, passing the California Bar in 1980. Over the last ten years, she has concentrated on criminal law, while doing a great deal of volunteer work for the Bar Association of San Francisco. Collaborating with her husband, Michael, she practices bankruptcy, business and insolvency law for St. James Law. Also active in children programs, she coached girls’ basketball team at the YMCA and the girls’ soccer team, while serving on the Parent Board, at Urban High School.

Kenneth J. Colvin, 80, is the immediate past president of Saints and Sinners for the last ten years. He is married, the father of three and the grandfather of seven. Ken was with the liberating troops in World War II, serving as a medic, working in six concentration camps as they were liberated in Germany and Austria. Over the years, he has served on twenty-two boards in the Bay Area involving religious and civic causes. He has served in leadership positions on most boards including the Institute on Aging, The Jewish Community Federation,Saints and Sinners and many causes serving the good and welfare of children. He was President of Colvin Distributing Co., a produce marketing organization, for over fifty years.
